Boutique 5 is where we’d go on Rhodes when the brief is very specifically: no kids, a good spa and our own pool. This intimate adults-only hotel sits by the Blue Flag coast of Kiotari and leans heavily into couples’ escapes, with private beach dinners, yoga and an upgraded spa.
