We just wrapped up an incredible stay at the Apsila Pool Suites in Sifnos, and it was everything we could’ve dreamed of and more. Located just a short 500-meter stroll from Kamares Beach, this boutique hotel offers stunning sea views that made waking up each morning feel magical. Our suite had its very own private pool, and it was undoubtedly the highlight of the trip. We spent most of our days lounging by the pool, sipping drinks and taking in the breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The suite itself was super stylish and comfy - and though we had the option to cook in our fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher and everything!), we mostly used the space to chill out after exploring the island. We had the chance to stay a couple of days at the SOPHID Wellness Suites and it was beyond incredible. Located on a hillside, just above the popular Amoopi Beach, it features 20 stunning suites with private pools which would fit any 5-star resort in the world. All of them have breathtaking ocean views, spacious furnished terraces and extremely comfortable bedrooms. We loved every second here, and spent most of our days chilling by our own large swimming pool. Another highlight was the fantastic restaurant which served an amazing breakfast where they rolled out different trolleys straight to our table and let us choose from all the delicious homemade goodies. Most of them featured amazing panoramic views of the sea and the fantastic surrounding Greek landscape. The all-inclusive dining was in our opinion astonishingly good. Especially the Italian restaurant that served perhaps the best Carbonara we've ever had! Also, our kids (and to be honest, us adults too..) loved the kiosk at the beach that served unlimited ice cream and freshly made crepes every day.
