Kolymbia Bay Art is a good reminder that adults-only does not have to mean formal or overly luxurious. This relaxed boutique hotel sits just a couple of minutes from Kolymbia Beach, with the village’s tavernas and bars an easy walk away. We would choose one of the swim-up rooms, where the terrace opens directly onto the water – although the pool is shared with neighbouring rooms rather than completely private. There is also a heated main pool, a small wellness area with steam room and massages, plus Greek and Mediterranean dining.
