Which is the best adults-only hotel in Santorini that also feature luxury suites with private pools? Since there are so many to choose from it's hard to say - but since the Limestone hotel opened in 2018 we must say we have a new favourite. It's an absolutely beautiful property in Fira, with outstanding rooms that are carved right into the mountain. And the result is striking! The 2 levels of living space include a private roof deck and another separate spa-like room with its own plunge pool! As you can imagine, the sunset views from here are nothing short of breathtaking. It's like made for a honeymoon. Another great advantage is that the suites aren't overlooked either, which is the case for many other hotels on the island. In summary; everything at the Limestone is really above and beyond, so if you find availability - book it while it last!
