Mangroves, birds and water replace the usual UAE skyline at this wonderfully unusual retreat in Umm Al Quwain. Casa Mikoko feels more like a nature hideaway than a conventional Gulf resort, with bungalows sitting beside the mangrove beach and plenty of opportunity to slow down around the water.
